A little about me
Hi, I'm
Martin.
I'm a product engineer based in Prague. I care about how things work, how they look, and how they feel to use.
I've been building software since 2017, with product roles at Pipedrive, Attio, Metaphysic AI and Phoebe.ai / Coral. That's taken me from onboarding and design systems to AI workflows and desktop apps. I also build my own products: Karta, Nextstep and Kinuvi.
How I work
Design meets engineering.
I enjoy the space between the two: understanding a user's need, shaping an interface, and building the system behind it. I want to be involved in the whole thing.
I use AI throughout my work, from exploring ideas to building agents that connect models, tools and data. I care about turning that capability into useful, reliable products.
Ownership and autonomy matter to me. I like having the space to make decisions, work through the details and take an idea all the way to something people can use.
Outside work
A few other interests.
I'm into architecture and interior design. I like noticing how spaces, materials and small details change the way a place feels.
Music is a big part of my life, and I play guitar. I also run, ski and take photographs. And I can happily spend an evening reading about vintage watches and cars.
